We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and manage your bookings for photography, videography, drone, 3D tour, and related media services
• Deliver completed media and communicate about your orders
• Process payments and send invoices or receipts
• Send you service-related notifications, updates, and appointment reminders

• Send you promotional messages about our services, with your consent where required by law

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

Square One Creatives uses text messaging to communicate with clients and prospective clients. By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box (or by otherwise opting in), you agree to receive text messages from us, including:

• Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling updates
• Delivery notifications for completed media
• Follow-up messages about your inquiry or booking
• Promotional offers and information about our services

We use QUO and JustCall as our SMS and calling platforms. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See Section 4 for more detail on third-party sharing.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist us in operating our business, including cloud hosting (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payment processing, SMS/calling (QUO, JustCall), and scheduling tools — each bound by confidentiality obligations and only authorized to use your data to provide services to us
• Photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals on our team who need your booking details and property information to complete your order
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including for legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When you request deletion of your data, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to comply, subject to any legal obligations.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party platforms. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
